Furies; French series; Herve Goffings; black actor; French actor

MARCH
FURIES,
a new French TV series that I am in, is now out on Netflix! I only have a small part in episode 2, and just for fun, here is a link to a short extract of my audition tape that got me the job: Link

JANUARY
I had the pleasure to do some French coaching with the BBC singers at the BBC ’s Maida Vale Studios. The choir recorded a collection of French songs called ‘Six Chansons’ by Paul Hindemith. I was absolutely blown away by their sound and expertise.

JANUARY
I had wonderful time working as a French coach on a production of Offenbach’s Les Contes d’Hoffmann at the Lithuanian National Opera in Vilnius.

SEPTEMBER
I've recently been involved in a project showcasing what life is like as a French person living in the UK. This campaign is showing in France to encourage French people to come and live, study and work in the UK. The shooting took place at the Royal Opera House. It was fun

MAY
On the set at the Royal Opera House filming an advert for The Great Campaign. The aim is to inspire French people to collaborate, visit, study, live, work and do business in the U.K.

SEPTEMBER
So excited to be working as a French language coach at The Royal Danish Opera in Copenhagen.

MAY-JUNE
I really enjoyed to be back on stage and to reprise the role of Angelo in CONFINI at the Ravena’s Theatre Festival in Italy and at the Théâtre National du Luxembourg.

JANUARY
I am delighted to have joined as a French Language coach the staff of the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. I am loving working with their singers.

SEPTEMBER
The new season of the BBC drama Silent Witness is now out. I am playing reverend Kanu in episodes 5 and 6.

AUGUST
I had so much fun taking part in Liam Payne’s upbeat video for his new feel-good single Sunshine - which features in upcoming animation film Ron’s Gone Wrong.

JUNE - JULY
Delighted to be part of this new Italian and Luxembourgish theatre production called CONFINI which means ‘borders’.
In this fantastic future,  the European Union will end up collapsing. Only the space agency will decide to save a handful of women and men, obviously the wealthiest, by taking them aboard a spacecraft to a new planet, where humanity will establish a new civilization.
Rehearsals in June at Teatro della Tosse in Genoa and a tour will follow in Italy, Izola (Slovenia) and Luxembourg. I look forward to be playing the part of Angelo.

MAY - JUNE
THE CAT IN (re)BOOTS has been selected at the Brighton Fringe and will be broadcasted by Living Record from May 28th to June 27th. I really enjoyed playing The Cat.


MARCH
So pleased that this performance of Caliban won third place in Mandy Network's Monologue Competition in the Member’s Choice Category. The monologue is part of a video project called The Other Solos.

I took part in a short film, FEAR. It tells the true story of André (me), a migrant of African descent who just arrives in the port of Dover, U.K and has nowhere to spend the night. The premiere took place at The Rio Cinema in London.

I have been nominated for the Arts and Media category at the Black British Business Awards that will take place in London in October. The awards programme recognises, rewards and celebrates exceptional performance and outstanding achievements of black people in businesses operating in the U.K.

OCTOBER
I just finished a two week run of The Prisoner at the Teatro Vittoria in Rome. It was a fantastic way to finish the European tour of The Prisoner.

Last year I got my first part in the BBC 2/Netflix series Black Earth Rising starring Michaela Coel, John Goodman and Harriet Walter. I appeared in the second episode as a hitman. TRAILER.
